Since I last reported, in May 2018, the Bono card has been discontinued (since 3 September). We now have a Ten+ plastic card which has a one off cost of €2 (it is similar to an Oyster card in London). This can be bought at...More

While staying in Puerto de la Cruz we use the TITSA bus services for seeing the island. So much cheaper than tour operator coach tours, and you get to see local life and communities. There is a frequent service by very comfortable coach to Santa...More

There wasn't a single time a bus left on schedule, we begun the travel from an end point. Very rude some of the drivers, one stopped at the same restaurant and took 30 minute breaks both ways and told us to continue on foot if...More

Buses are either late (often) or Buses leave stops early. Drivers are not friendly they seem to think they are doing you a favour. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.

Just not prices that you would expect to take a bus. Renting a car is way more cheaper. A single ride over 30km cost 27 euro. A day car rent cost 25 euro.

We travelled a few times on the local buses during our visit to Tenerife and found the bus service reliable and reasonably priced. All the buses we travelled on were clean and comfortable and the drivers were helpful.

Too many buses arrive late. Never sure why 4 buses turn up in a 5 mins period then none for an hour. T/Table needs sorting out.

The only bus to Teide was full, so the driver said that another bus should come in 20 minutes. We waited for hour and a half and no bus came! People lost their cable car tickets and permits for the top! This is unacceptable!
