This was on our walking tour of Aviles which covered many other old and interesting buildings. I would have liked to spend longer in this delightful quarter.

I always come in when visiting Aviles. I remember it as being called "La iglesia de los padres" and it is one of the oldest buildings in town. The square is a charming space and walking along the calle de la Ferreria one cannot avoid...More

Lovely medieval church located within a plaza. Returned to see it again since my parents were married there 62 years ago. They have renovated the historic area to its original beauty.
