Was walking in Triana enjoying the ceramics and came across this museum. What a nice find. Very informative, well done, and inexpensive. I spent more time than I thought I would have. Sad that so many jobs associated with this industry are gone. If you...More

We went in by chance for something to do whilst waiting for some stores to open from 'siesta' and we loved it. There were excellent explanations of the pottery process (not boring) and some lovely examples of tiles etc. The entry fee is cheap and...More

We went to this museum as something different and were pleasantly surprised at the well-done exhibits. We learned a lot about ceramics, especially about the firing ovens. Also the information about the culture of Triana, which has been so intertwined with the tile-making industry over...More

We went here as a respite from mid day sun, i really felt that i learned a lot about ceramics and it was only a couple of euros entry. Its not a long visit 30 to 45 mins would cover it unless you linger.

While in Triana, the neighborhood of ceramics, we stopped at this store. There we were able to buy some things for us and our friends. Great place to stop and buy.

Fascinating museum, in-depth yet easy to follow background of the process of making ceramics, and the history of the Seville potteries. Beautiful examples of tiles produced in the region, and impressive excavations of pottery kilns. Really good visit for potters and non-potters alike.

The Centro Ceramica Triana is an interesting museum and explains how ceramics are made. There are beautiful examples of tiles made in the barrio. The explanations are good. There is also a video of the Barrio Triana.

This museum is situated in the old ceramics factory which had existed here in Triana for centuries. Rather than destroy the old works for redevelopment they decided to turn it into a museum including parts of the original factory including furnaces etc. There are interesting...More
