This is a truly beautiful place and well worth the walk to get here. The palace with its amazing tiles, courtyards and decorated ceilings is sumptuous. The one thing I’d mention is the audio guide which is quite probably the worst I’ve ever used. It...More

I visited several palacios in Seville but this one is my favorite by far. The azulejos are stunning and the prettiest I've seen. The staff was lovely, the audioguide was interesting, even though quite formal but they are all like this. If I were to...More

Really enjoyed the Casa de Pilatos, ground floor rooms are stunning with a vast amount of tile and exquisite coffered ceilings. We paid extra for the upstairs tour which a quick spin through half a dozen rooms, not as impressive as downstairs. Audio guide was...More

We had visited the Palacio Los Duenas the day before and we were expecting to find a similar experience in the Casa de Pilates but this was an entirely different experience. Very unfriendly and off hand staff. The house itself was a strange mixture of...More

The price is a bit high (10 euros) but the audio guide is pretty well informative for this outta time palace, which is a good resume of the mudejar art. The ceramics are fantastic.

The ground floor of this private palace is truly amazing -- a collection of exquisitely decorated rooms off a central courtyard. The gardens attached are equally impressive. Unfortunately, the audio guide that comes with the entrance price of 10 Euros is diminished by its own...More

Really worth seeking out this private villa. Truly steeped in history. Wondrous tiles and Roman statues. The best formal garden we saw in Seville.

It’s free for some hours on Monday if you are from the EU. The tour to the upper floor is great and the tour guide was super nice and enthusiastic. Highly recommended! Ask for the upper floor ticket!

Really enjoyed this residence and gardens. Built in the 1400s and parts are still lived in. Beautiful tiles with Moroccan influence.

A word of warning. The afternoon we visited there was free entry for EU citizens which resulted in us having to queue for at least 30 minutes to get in. It also meant that we were not able to visit the upper floor as the... More
