It is nice but there are better alcazars around Europe and Spain. We took the guided tour to the upper quarters. They were good but not worth the additional cost.

Real alcazar is a must see attraction, Lovely gardens and buildings. Game of thrones was filmed in there but unfortunately there is no access. Definitely recommend

think the only option is to go to the website where you have booked and send them a personal mail. It is up to them if they are happy to help you.... I could not find options online to cancel.
