This is a drive by site as not overly noteworthy as a destination. We were able to see it well from the bridge across the river on our way to the Columbus museum. We did not stop.

This monument is massive but rather austere. There is parking available and locals use the area for fishing. We stopped here on our way to the nearby Monasterio La Rabida, where Columbus stayed. The base has carvings depict cultures of the New World. Not worth...More
