A nice square with a fountain under the statue of Queen Isabella giving Columbus Christopher the contract to explore and exploit America. Its a place to start your visit to Granada.

This monument is both a homage to Queen Isabella and Christopher columbus. Created in 1892 for the 400th anniversary of the Discovery of America. A great reminder of the event that set in motion the golden age of the Spanish Empire.

A lot of people, especially in the evenings. Bus stations near. The monument is very interesting, especially for them, who know the story of Isabel and Colombo.
