We always like a good city tour but this was not one of those! The “bus” did not follow the advertised route and was very uncomfortable.

Bought a Granada card and decided to use the city tour on our last day as we had a couple of hours to spare. I knew we had to validate the card for use so the previous evening asked a staff member at a stop...More

We bought a 2 day ticket however on the second day the tour wasn't running and a basic note was stuck to the sign at the stops. We later found an article mentioning that the company is under investigation over safety issues. Not surprising after...More

A little expensive. We manged to use the hop on hop off to cover the entire route. Although the frequency is 15 -20 mins or less the train/bus tends to be crowded and full so expect waiting times, Once you do board we enjoyed the...More

I hate giving bad reviews and although this is a good way to avoid walking up hills to see the sights we found this train very uncomfortable with hardly any leg space, seats have hardly any padding so you feel every bump and most of...More

When I said we should go the train my husband said, "you mean the train where everyone looks miserable all the time?" But I really wanted to find out more about the city. I didn't. Everything was garbage from the moment we bought the ticket....More

Dear Victoria, Firstly, we thank you for writing such a detailed review. Unfortunately places with a big concentration of people often have the problem of pickpockets. Although our staff is aware of this situation sometimes it is difficult to detect them. We recommend our clients...More

Planning trip to Spain/Portugal in 2017. We should be in Granada for 1.5 days in mid-October. We are seniors and thinking of using the Tourist Train for the 2 days ticket. The FIRST day (and we won't get there until 3-4 pm), we thought we'd walk around the Cathedral and then take the Tourist Train from there to San Nicolas for nighttime view of Alhambra from there and then catch a performance at Jardine Zoraya. Guess the performance gets finished late, so the only way back is taxi to our hotel We want to start our SECOND day in Granada by visiting Alhambra and then Albaicin - get off at Paseo de los Tristes, hop back on and - get off at San Nicolas, - walk around to Placeta San Miguel Bajo, - hop-back on for other sights like Monastery, etc For the SECOND FULL DAY of sightseeing (we leave next day) 1. Is this even practical 2. Can we take bus near our hotel at Calle Alhondiga or Catedral to start with. 3. If so when would the FIRST bus get there 4. Or, to save time in the morning, should we start by taking a taxi to Alhambra and start the 'Tourist Train tour' from there ALL opinions and suggestions welcome
