The name of the street comes from the twinned cities; Cairuan in Tunisia and Cordoba in Spain. Do not miss Averroes Statue (Ibn Rushed) the great Muslim philosopher.

It is a very cool walking area, cool because of all the water and the green. It is located just outside the city wall and along the wall self. Don't miss this place.

This was part of our guided tour of Cordoba. It is along a section of the Old Wall, with beautiful landscaping, greenery and a water feature. Picture perfect!

This runs right along the old city wall, nice fountains and places to relax. There is plenty of space here for tourists and a series of fountains and pools

This is a lovely street and on a hot mid November morning the water and the little park area at the top were a welcome break from the sun. The walls actually disguise a large multi story car park and also a lovely hotel. Lovely...More

I discovered this street by accident when I was searching for the statue of Seneca at the Puerta de Almodovar. The street runs along it, and I use the word "runs" on purpose, as it is more a series of streams rather than a street....More

Nice place to walk to get away from the hustle and bustle and see the walls whilst walking along gardens and pools and little cafes out in the street
