We enjoyed our visit to the tower. It had a nice demonstration of life in Cordoba during Roman times and a beautiful view from the top.

THis little museum is in the tower at the end of the Roman Bridge, and I would start any visit of Cordoba here. There are some really good models explaining what life was like in Cordoba, and a superb model of the original mosque before...More

We really enjoyed this little museum. It helped us focus on the importance of Cordoba as a center of learning when Jews, Muslims, and Christians contributed to a period of intellectual growth that was remarkable. It is difficult to fully appreciate this region of Spain...More

This is a 12th Century fortress that guards one end of the Roman Bridge and is now a Museum whose name translates as the Museum of Three Cultures. While it does give a slightly romanticised view of the lives of those three cultures - Christians,...More

You get an audioguide which is linked to each room. There are models the Mezquita and the Alhambra which are very interesting. The whole visit takes about half an hour. There is a nice view of the city from the top of the tower.

I went in May when it was summer, it was nice and sunny, about 90 degrees. The Calahorra Tower is well preserved and has beautiful views all around. There is only 1 store located near the entrance where you can buy souvenirs and book some tours....More

Lovely continuation of even lovelier Roman bridge, you can either admire it from outside or take the short flight of steps to the top for 360 degrees view to old town, the river and its island full of birds

At the end of the Puente Romano (Roman bridge) is this old tower. Great views but the Living Museum is very odd.

This tower also houses the Museo Vivo de Al-Andalus, or the Museum of Andalusian life. There's an audio guide that comes with the entrance fee. To be honest, I thought the themes and exhibits were lacking in focus. The audio guide had a lot of...More

This is a 12th century Islamic fortress that guarded the Roman Bridge. Currently holds a museum from that timeframe. I didn't go in, but it is a splendid photo op with the bridge
