This zoo is nestled in between the trees but is a real gem There is plenty of information in English. It is quite hilly to walk around but this is its charm. Highlights? The penguins in the air conditioned ice bunker and some very chilled...More
The Zoo talks of itself in this way, and does have a bit of forest within. The Okavangi restaurant was one highlight for me. Others were the many benches for taking a rest, and some of the less often seen species. I liked that they...More

Located on hill slopes, Wuppertal zoo is really beautiful and well managed. There is 100s of animals to see, and great jungle to walk up and down. Of course, when travelling with little kids, it becomes extra fun, as they are very curious of everything....More
This zoo was one of the best I've been to. There was a variety of animals, all with spacious enclosures. The zoo was located in a large area and involved a lot of walking. Entry and food were reasonably priced

Throughout the zoo you have small...More
