The Chocolate-Express is the ideal travel trailer for of all those who want to see a lot of Cologne and its sights in a short period of time but do not want to walk on foot or cannot do so - and especially finds favour with senior citizens and children! The central stops lead you very near to the pick of the bunch ("chocolate") sides of Cologne! The "Zoo-Express" is ideal for all of those who would like to see a lot of Cologne but not walk on foot or are unable to do so and it is especially popular with families with children and senior citizens. No matter if you would like to visit the Zoo or the "Flora" / Botanical Gardens of Cologne or to take the Aerial Cable-Car across the Rhine to the "Schäl Sick" (other side of the Rhine) - you are directly on site with our central stops!

We used this hop on/off train for €10 a day to get to 4 different Christmas markets. It was always on time and had information playing within the train so you got to know the area as you travelled to each place. Highly recommended!

What could be better than to go from market to market on this road train. It is regular, convenient and clean. Even at the busiest time at the markets, I was able to get on and off easily. Good commentary - but perhaps it could...More

We got this instead of the average Ubahn from the Zoo to the cathedral. It was fine, nothing amazingly shocking about it, found the driver was extremely rude and was too busy on a phone call to open the window so we could buy tickets....More

We were in Cologne on a river cruise ship and wanted a carefree way to return to the Dom area for more sightseeing later in afternoon. Walked down to the chocolate museum and caught the Schoko-Express one way for 4.50 Euro each. Took a winding...More

We did this extremely touristy train mainly because we had walked around the entire city (twice) and just needed a break and to sit down for a while. The price was fair. It was actually more informative than I thought it would be. I learned...More

Maybe - if you could fold it down. But there is not a lot of space. The Trams would be a better option with young children.
