Mostly, hieroglyphs pictures, wery little art. Only one small floor, can be seen in 5 minutes. Ticket 9 EURO

Fantastic museum. Beautiful exhibition with beautiful objects. The White Gold. Don't miss it. A true pleasure to visit. It is situated near a wonderful park in walking distance of the city center.

The museum was closed for refurbishment, but the cafe is still very pleasant. The menu included sweet and savoury options, and there is a car park and a view across an artificial lake. Some way from the centre, but only a short tram ride.

I know from a previous visit some years ago that this museum has excellent collections, but please note that it is currently CLOSED for renovation work until 20th October 2012. If you are thinking of visiting, I'd suggest that you check on the museum's Internet...More
