I saw these strange-looking sculptures on the river bank, and, apart from bright colours, couldn't really understand the meaning of them. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of modern art so it's a normal thing. In any case, definately different.

Saw these from the other side of the river on a cold Easter Day while walking to the lake, they certainly stand out and I like them although I understand they wont be to everyone’s taste.

Different from any of the other sculptures yousee dotted around the city. Brightens up the area, fun and quirky... Been here since 1974, created by the artist Niki de Saint Phalle, who has also designed the grotto at the palace gardens. If you are in...More

Rather goofy-looking cartoonish sculptures that appear to be painted by someone suffering a manic episode. I guess if someone calls it "art" it becomes art. I'm not calling it that. Worth a look (and maybe a derisive snort) only if one is in the area...More

You don't spend a ton of time there, but it's very cool to see and maybe take some Pictures while you're at it.

Three funny curvy colored sculptures located close to main street and center of Hannover. They give you a very good impression and feeling. You can take very nice photos with them

You cannot miss these as you stroll along the river. They are cheerful and a bit different. A Hannover must see now and so it would be a shame to come here and not see them! Easiest way to find them is to come through...More

These three statues are worth taking a little jaunt to look at. They are quirky and fun and provide a blast of colour into quite a drab landscape.

A series of colourful sculptures by a French artist. Interesting and fun when you come across them on the Red Route walk
