It costs 3 Euros to climb to the top where you get a panoramic view of the river and the high rise business areas.

I would not consider this cathedral as spectacular but worth a visit since it seems to be the only place that was not destroyed during the war. Entrance is free

They do have Mass a few times a day (there's a schedule in the front), but I don't think it's in English. Hope that helps.

It should be open 9AM–12PM, 1:15–8PM.
