Having paid 18 euros for this tour I did expect the tour guide to speak some English ..but all we got was 5 minutes of German then one short sentence of English ..not worth the money save it and avoid .

We joined city walking tour in Hebrew, guide had some knowledge, delivered very poorly and extremely an informative. It’s a student who is trying to make a living and does not know how to deliver information and to manage a group.

Very interesting, completely different view on the city. Brings fresh view and different perspective on Hamburg. Recommended for everyone who wants to learn more, and take rest of walking :)

1st couldn't pay online - after entering card number etc, continue button wouldn't work. People on phone (who were nice) told me I could pay on bus. Took a half hour to find bus stop - neither web site nor phone operators could tell me...More

Went on a bus tour of Hamburg on 10 th Sept 2017. The almost two hour tour covered most of Hamburg's central district with all touristy sights. The earphones provided adequate English translation, which met my requirement.

We were not told all the busses have a German with a loud megaphone during the entire tour giving the guide in German. It was impossible to listen to the other languages on the audio selection headphones as it is trying to listen to two...More

Live booming commentary in German with English via audiosystem. Hopeless. Ears were bombarded with both simultaneously so i missed most of the information.

We were told that this bus had english narrative and that we could change to the next line, only after we boarded did we find out that it was all in german (no english at all). We were dropped at a stop that no other...More
