This small museum gives an overview of the area's mixed past and how it has evolved. The interpretation is all in German but there was a special section about women of the district that was in English too. I found the stories of these women...More

5€ to the trash. My recommendation: don't go. It's the worst "museum" I've ever been. Actually this place can't be considered museum.

For 5 € entrance you will see a short movie about the history of St. Pauli. Add to that many photos and quite a few memorabilia and you have spent 45 minutes - well. Might not be suitable for youngsters.

Went with some friends for the first time and were really disappointed. A few sorry artifacts, carelessly displayed with poor lighting. Drab. No way to capture a visitor's interest and does NOT justify the entrance fee of €6. A "rip off"!!
