We went by pedal bike(with driver) through the park a good way to see it and cover a lot more ground than walking.

The area is like a big outdoor garden Museum and you can walk there for hours and enjoy the beautiful scenery

If you have a spare afternoon and just want to sit in a park environment, relaxing - this is the place to go. The park is gorgeous, quiet, and a nice welcome break from a busy city. Worth a visit.

Fairly big park in the middle of the city. Founded as hunting grounds for the royalties during their existence. Lots of walking, boating, Biergarten and all near Brandenburg Gate.

huge area of parkland ,. easy to lose track of time , plentty of accessible bars and got a shock when we stumbled accidentally upon the nudist section , hasdnt been warned about that ,. even in 35 degree heat we were overdressed.

A very large park right in the centre of Berlin. There are various statues and memorials scattered throughout. Lots of paths and plenty of walking options. Very pleasant during the day. We were warned by our guide not to go wandering through here at night...More

This is a huge park or forest right in the middle of Berlin. People were walking, running and biking through the trails. Interspersed were lakes and statues nicely worked into the trails. An extraordinarily peaceful experience in the middle of a huge city.

Pleasant to stroll along the paths thru the garden, listening to the birds allows you to be so far from the hustle and bustle of a big city and so many trees

I would not say that this is my favorite park anywhere, but definately my favorite park in Berlin. Large and really nice strolling pathways.

My favourite part of Berlin. But then I am not keen on cities. Peaceful. Away from the traffic. Nice to sit down on the sun on the grass. Bars to drink and eat. I would suggest a hotel near to here.

This park is divided up by 4 roads with the Victory cross taking centre stage, you won't be disappointed there are boards up to tell you where you are and a list of what's in each section , there is even an English garden... More
