The Alter Kranen, two armed cranes baroque building of 1773 is a harbour crane on the side of river Main. It was used to be a very important place in the past. It is now a hotel-restaurant "Alter Kranen".

Nice place for dinner🤗 -german kitchen and beer, bustling atmosfere, huge portions ( prefered one for two), super fast service... In photos - antipasti Brezel Chips- not "the best ever", but main dishes "KRANEN HAXES", "FRANKISCHERS SCHWEINESCHAUFELE" were really gooooood... a lot of pork meat......More

The old crane along the river is now a restaurant. Delicious German food. After you can along the river towards the Old bridge.
