The old town of Fussen is so pretty and peaceful. It’s great that no cars are allowed thru. Lots of people sitting on tables in the streets just eating and talking. Very nice place to while away a few hours.
As others have said, the altstadt is easy to find and a pleasant place to while away much of a day. Pleasant vibe in the bars and cafes, amidst the historical buildings, including the museum and churches.
