It is a nice metal statue on a stone base in a small cobblestone square. Ten minutes or less should be plenty of time to enjoy this well done statue. I will be honest I had never heard of Duerer, but it made me look...More

A fitting memorial to this City’s most famous son, situated on the square which also bears his name. A previous reviewer mentioned the underground cellars - which are only acccessible by steps located right behind this monument. Unfortunately We were unable to gain access on...More

This is a memorial to a Nuremberg native, Albrecht Duerer who is also commemorated throughout the city.

The statue is the right tribute to the most known Nuremberg artist, Albrecht Dürer. It's in a square, downtown, and has at a short distance some other key points related to him.

This is a nice statue built in Tribute to Albrecht Durer, but it would have been nice if there was some sort of sign which described his importance to the region.

Many statues in Nurnberg but this one just doesn't do it for me. Just a boring statue of a man whom I don't know or haven't heard off.

This is a nice statue but it is just a statue. the good thing is that it is located near the Durer house, so you see it on the way up there. It is a well done statue and stands alone and easily viewed.

Walking down from the Duerer Museum to downtown we walked by the 'Duerer Denkmal' We almost missed it, as we were not looking for it anyhow. We would not have missed much, I must say!!
