Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I arrived in Garmisch on a rainy night, looking like a drowned rat qnd lost, I stumbled into Ian's pub, who couldn't have been more helpful - like a true Irish gentleman he set about phoning me a taxi, helped me with my cases and chatted with characteristic good humour while I waited, looking for nothing in return. I didn't get a chance to go back during my stay but I'll be back in Garmisch and will definitely head for that Irish pub for a great nite out no doubt! Lovely pub, very friendly staff and guests.

Local beer at decent price. Friendly staff. Football shown on several screens. Outside terrace. No food but can order from Italian next door.

We stayed in Partenkirchen and when you like to have a drink later at night, the Irish pub is one of the options in the area.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to watch the footie. Wonderful Augustiner on tap and the loveliest bartender Paul keeping the rounds coming. Best pub in Garmisch for sure. Afterwards, stopped off at Renzo’s for a bite. A great way to spend an afternoon.

Extremely pleasant and welcoming Irish pub in the middle of the most beautiful town in Europe, lovely pint of Guinness, and a special treat for me - I was allowed to enjoy a good Havana at an outside table, just like the good old days!

Found this pub by accident as it was close to my hotel and Ludwigstraße. The barman Paul was great, very attentive to the point I no longer needed to order a drink! You can order a pizza from next door and enjoy in the bar without having to ever leave! Nice and lively place without being too busy! Highly recommended! Oh yeah, the Guinness was great!

Hi, I am going to be in Garmish next weekend on vacation. Will your pub be showing the Ireland V England rugby match on Saturday?
