Between a few modern buildings, this area can be found. It is a brilliant spot to sit and enjoy the weather (whatever it is like), the silence and the water.

There are a few places as unique as Feuerseeplatz. It's worth a stroll, has plenty of seating and dining in the area. Enjoy especially at dusk or sunset.

For a North American visitor in Stuttgart for the first time, it is disorienting to be somewhere which is both old and not old at the same time. The Johanneskirche is one of these places, a Protestant church from the second half of the nineteenth...More

I took one star off because sometimes the water is a bit dirty. There are a few nice places to sit around and drink a beer. Sometimes there is even a fleamarket on the weekends or small events.

Original I'm from Germany and lived in Stuttgart for many years. Feuerseeplatz is not really worth as a destination by itself. If you're in the area it is worth checking it out.

Right next to Feuersee tram station. Couldn't go in - doesn't look like it is open often but sits in a park-like setting surrounded on three sides by water. Nice respite.

Worth visiting if you have nothing to do in Stuttgart. You can have a relax and enjoyable evening nearby the lake with spectacular view.

It looks like a sad building. The weather doesn't help. Nice architecture. A great surrounding with a lake beside this beautiful church.

It is easy to park nearby, paying a ticket is necessary. Best transportation option is metro, leave at Feuersee S-bahn station.
