Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had made a trip to the escape rooms of Plan B as a class. Employee wasn't necessarily friendly. The rooms are not locked, which takes the tension off the game. At the magical university, you couldn't even close the door properly. A chest could easily be opened by hand, but this was not allowed to be opened like this. Then it's not really fun. Especially if you are then unkindly pointed out. The puzzles are nice and easily done. But I wouldn't go there anymore. Escape rooms thrive on everything working properly

We were in the prison room about 6 years ago, but we didn't like it at all. Because of the good reviews and the appealing look on the website, we wanted to give it another chance and even booked 2 rooms at once, as we have a long drive to Stuttgart. But we've done all of them nearby. Unfortunately, both rooms were extremely disappointing. To be fair, the technology is very new and in some cases even ahead of others, but technology alone doesn't make a good escape room. Less technology and more story and well thought-out puzzles would be better. The Lilith room was OK and the brief shock moment was very funny, but the magic room is a complete failure. Both rooms have no common thread, however, and the puzzles are less challenging, but rather pointless searching and very little combination. Pressing and moving something so that some mechanism is activated again. Weak puzzles, hardly any challenges, weak stories. We were more than disappointed in the evening. We had been so excited. In total, we have already played around 35 rooms and, despite the technology, these are unfortunately among the worst. Unfortunately, I can't understand all these positive reviews. It's a real shame.

Visited der Kerker with co-workers, that was an amazing experience! I have been in many escape rooms in Stuttgart, but this one was the best so far!!😍 it’s wasn’t too hard or too easy, just perfect!! We got out in 51 m and got a nice bonus from plan b team👍🏼 Highly recommended to everyone!!

Great group of people! We had a blast and ended up doing 2 room! Because we did two rooms, second room was 20 percent off. The rooms were difficult but good. The puzzles make you think but make sense afterwards. Strongly recommend and will do it again for sure!
The main rooms and the front counter is located in the movie theater on the second floor. The big scary double room is first floor. Walk past the Woodys bar and restaurant outside to the theater.

Perfect for a rainy day! We were in the dungeon room, which was reasonably difficult but manageable. They also have two other rooms for up to 7 people.

We did Mission Impossible in a team of 2, both of us having some escape room experience already. We managed to get out with plenty of time left. This escape room was OK. Some clues were very clever, but overall we were expecting a slightly more challenging room, so I would recommend this for groups with no or little escape room experience. Staff was friendly and communication worked well in English.

Played the Dungeon with a group of 4. Best part about it was that it took all 4 people working together to solve the puzzles and escape the dungeon, not just 4 people going off and doing different puzzles on their own like other escape room companies. Lots of effort and imagination put into the room with the added effect of being dimly lit. Great for a night out with friends. Beverages allowed.

Played the Dungeon with four friends. It’s was fun, dark, and good room for friends who are new to the game of escaping. I would come back because the staff was nice and helpful.

For my son's birthday, we booked the “Project Impossible” room. It was really a great team experience with him and his friends and so far “Project Impossible” had been the coolest escape room we had seen. The kids managed with some small support the room in time and we are quite excited about the game. I hope they change the rooms on a regular base, then we will definitely go there again.
