A must visit when in Karlsruhe. Beautiful palace. Inside you can buy a ticket to climb the tower. With 154 steps it is doable and the views are stunning. Entrance only 4 euros per person. The garden behind the palace is for free and beautiful....More

I liked the palace and its surroundings. There is also a botanical garden. You can take a trip with a steam locomotive

LAst time when we were here in Karlsruhe, we didn't have the opportunityy to visit the castle. Now we had more time, and we not only walked in the huge garden, but visited the very interesting museum too.

A wonderful place to walk around especially the gardens which are full of red squirrels. Amazing architecture.

We paid to get in which was pointless because none of the exhibitions are written in English so we just looked. It's mostly a museum of ancient history but the tower was worthwhile. After climbing loads of stairs you get a view of the city...More
