if i understood correctly, it is the oldest building in Heidelberg (1592), and the only building that was not heavily damaged in the fire during the 1688-1697 war

This is a beautiful old hotel in the centre of the old part of town. The room was very comfortable and staff were very helpful; in particular, when we though something went missing from the room which ended up being our fault.More
