Lovely spot ...very busy campsite in summer holidays Recommended for cycling .. canoeing ..swimming . Would definitely like to go again

Visited this beautiful Island on a cycling tour of Lake constance, well maintained and safe cycling lanes make this an idyllic location. The wildflowers, orchards and vegetable gardens make this a special place

Stopped by leaving Konstanz, and visited the Church of Peter & Paul -- lots of interesting ancient history, and a good museum display to accompany. Do the exhibit before visiting the church for extra clarity.

Reichenau Island is about 10 km from Constance and there are great bike trails to get there. Most of the restaurants and supermarkets around Constance get their produce from that island, which is very beautiful, quaint, not as busy as Mainau (the flower island). The...More
