This place joins on to my review of the Rade de Toulon in as much as you can view the ships military or otherwise. You can take the cable car up. There's a small zoo up top too.

We were very suprised by the city of Toulon in general but the drive up to the top of Mont Faron and THE VIEW were the highlights of our visit. It is a very good activity after lunch. The drive is on a narrow one-way...More

I struggled to find any good information on a demanding day hike from the cruise port up to Point Sublime at the top of Mont Faron. I did read that you must not follow Google maps as it leaves you at the end of dead...More

My wife and I had a short stop off in Toulon whilst on a TUI cruiser and enjoyed the visit. The views at the top are stunning although, in truth, there’s not that much to do at the top. Nevertheless, it’s well worth the effort.

The cable car is the only decent way to get here in Summer, but it is worth the maybe waiting time. We went on Saturday and that was just fine. The week can be busy traffic, Sundays there may be too many locals. Fantastic views,...More

Hiking and great views. It cost me approximately 12 euros for myself and my son to go up the mountain in the cable car.
