Be sure to visit Les Docks when in Marseille. It’s a beautiful place with wonderful shops and restaurants. Just to walk thru and explore is worth the time. The decor is amazing and the unique shops are fun to see.

I, personally, really liked the Les Docks Village. Some of the stores seemed a bit pricey, but I really liked the idea that you had options, from low end to high end; from fast food to restaurant foods, to the bakeries. And it was nice...More

The decor is truly beautiful and innovative, but that's it. The stores aren't very interesting, but there are several nice cafes. Entrance is vary close to the metro exit.

There are some good reviews for this “shopping” area which I don’t understand since there are hardly any stores. The stores that are there are all very similar and don’t have nice or interesting things. We were completely disappointed with this area.

seems the thing these days is to rejuvenate run down n old sites and, when you see this sort of thing you've got to agree it's great! A second lease of life! So whats in the docks? Lots of restaurants different styles not too expensive...More

These buildings date to 1864 and served as warehouses, grain storage facilities, refrigerated good and offices and other uses. They were each built around a courtyard. The buildings were purchased in 1991 and, led by architect, Eric Castaldi, were completely refurbished and transformed into offices....More

Les Docks are an interesting shopping mall linking a string of haussmannian buildings with four interesting courtyards. The shops are upper scale for most. There are many restaurants within the complex that I wish I had had the time to sample. I settled for a...More

A series of old buildings connected by courtyards. The renovation is tasteful and extremely creative. This alone is reason to visit. There are some interesting eating places and also a number of artsy shops. Nice for browsing but not necessarily to buy. In February, the...More

A superb reuse of old warehouses. A great long shopping centre with really good shops of the highest quality. Interspersed with open squares really nicely decorated and designed. A few good cafes - worth visiting - better than the huge shopping centre opposite and far...More

I liked the place from a architectural and artistic point of view, unfortunately, as you often see with these types of projects, many empty units. So enough to see, not so much to buy, which wasn't that bad in the end. 😜
