This is probably the best neighbourhood if you are fond of walking through ancient streets, visiting a good cause second hand shop, or just chatting with a villager. Lovely area to hang out for a few hours.
Le Panier is a mix between Barcelona 🇪🇸 and Napoli 🇮🇹.
Wonderful area where u can find the best of marseille, many shops where you can find the typical marseille’s solid soap.

I think visiting alone during the day would be fine. There were some groups of street artists on some of the corners hanging out and playing music. Otherwise you just wander in and out of artistic little stores and galleries. More
