As the name suggests this well restored tower dates from the thirteenth century and the rule of the knights templar.One of the centre pieces of the old town. Worth climbing to the top for views over the old town.

when you are in the old centre of Hyères, it is worth while to walk into the Tour .. it's in a good restored condition and sometimes it offers interesting small exhibitions

The exterior is beautiful as is the interior. I wlked up to the terrasse for the view. There was a telporary art exposition.

A lovely place to sit and have a drink after touring the city. The tour itself often has exhibitions and if you feel energetic you can climb the tower.

Great view from the roof top. Also a small exhibition on an interesting modern industrial designer. But above all: go to the top.

An interesting place at the top of the old town. The tower is acceptable by steps, a lot of steps, and art exhibitions are held there on a regular basis. Try to make a vernisage( preview) as you can tie it in with dinner out....More
