Walked around this port and was amazed at all the sailboats and yachts. Some nearly as big as small cruise ships! Some for sale too! It was interesting to visit and dream :).

Port Vauban is a very pretty port close to the old town of Antibes. Good for a stroll along the water while admiring all the yachts. They come in all sizes, with the big super yachts along the Quai des Millardaires. Dream away !

If in Antibes you'll hardly miss this port. Port Vauban is Europe’s largest marina in tonnage with its 1642 berth places for yachts and superyachts. Impressive sight in all it's splendour. And the setting is not bad as well, with Antibes and Fort Carre in...More

All these super marinas around the world offer a view of how the well off (very well off) live . Hard not to take pictures of the better (bigger) ones. One in particular was so big it was moored on the outside marina wall. Wow!...More

Plenty of yachts to see but unfortunately couldn't walk down past the "super Yachts". Great views across the bay towards Nice and the snow capped Alps and the fortress, Fort Carre. There is also a great little beach nestled up against the old town's walls...More

There are so many luxury yachts moored here, and many walkways to get a good close-up view. Worth exploring the many and varied moorings.

Port Vauban can house 1700 boats. It really is massive. You can spend an hour walking round, admiring the super yachts and wondering where people get their money from to be able to afford them. But there are also more modest boats of all shapes...More

Port Vaiuban has been a safe harbour for sea-going vessels since the Greek and Roman times. It is a deep natural harbour, so is home to some of the most expensive super-yachts in the world. Usmanov's Dilbar - costing over 350 million - has it's...More

I'm used to seeing a few nice boats where I used to live in the Uk, but Antibes Port Vauban takes it to another level. There are rows and rows of 'Wannabe' motor boats costing several million, and there is 'Billionaires row' where Dilbar and...More
