Tear yourself away from the yachts at the waterfront and spend some time wandering the narrow streets of the old town. Lots of shops and restaurants tucked away just waiting to be discovered.

Enter the old town trough the arch under the clock to reach Antibes' market hall. There are shops and restaurants in the old town and great views of the sea from the city walls.

We stayed in Nice and travelled to Antibes by train. Very nice town with its old area and its yatch port. The climate in September is ideal.

We’d planned to go to Antibes by train and despite the rain still went. The view from the train wasn’t great due to the torrential rain and we got a bit wet walking from the train to the old town. It wasn’t far and easy...More

We took the 200 bus from Nice... if you take it before 9:30, it’s not too busy. You catch it by the tourist info office by the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. It’s a bargain at 1.5 euros! Sit on the driver's side, and you...More

I recommend going late in the afternoon, most shops are open and you can spend some time roaming through the old town.
