The sport consists of the bull coming out into the ring, then 9 razeteurs, dressed all in white, would enter the ring and run at the bull, trying to remove one of the cocardes attached by the bull’s horns. This went on for 15 minutes...More
My Wife and I had an interesting experience at the arena, feeling the amazing enthusiasm of French culture seeing these young contenders playing for their lives! However, we can sense that the bull was always purposely provoked to charge at the players, and at times...More
I was there at the night of the Championnat in Beaucaire, so the arena was packed, first the horses and their riders than the bulls came into the arena and later the ladies in traditional costume and among them the Queen of Arles, so pretty...More
We bought our tickets for this event, it was captivating from the beginning, lovely horses and their foals, the bulls, the Guardians who care for them, the young horse riders and women wearing their national costumes. An excellent show from start to finish.

Hi there - yes it does. It's on every Weds and Friday in the summer. It was well worth a visit - really well organised and great family entertainment. It starts at 17h30 and lasts approx 2 hours. We got in about 15-20 mins early to get some of the seating in the shade but it is never full (the place is enormous). We took in lots of water and there were places to buy snacks and drinks. At just over 30 EUR for a family of four it was great value. Highly recommended
