When visiting Arles, don’t pass this very romantic and refreshing park along the Lices boulevard. If you are visiting the Saturday market, it will offer you a cool spot for a break and plenty of seating under beautiful old trees. You can even take in...More

I have been on a bit of a quest seeking out the sign post descriptors where Vincent Van Gogh chose to paint scenery in Arles. This is one of them. It is fun to compare his artistry with the actual location. I would add pictures...More

Wonderful views of the Theater as well as the entry to the touristy Blvd des Lices. Van Gogh painted this park and it does not seem to have changed much since. Worth a walk through, and if you have a sandwich on you, great place...More

Nice small parc for a picnic, people watching, or simple to relax beneath trees in the shade on a hot summer afternoon. It provided us with an impromptu break.

Rather small parc. Quiet many people but also visited by some groups of young people drinking and listening music. Playground is nice for the kids

We were out sight seeing and stopped to take a few pics...very nice spot with tree and tidy look. We always enjoy seeing a new little spot on our travels.

As part of the Van Gogh walking tour we had a walk around the gardens, saw his plinth and the many other statues in the gardens. Very cool in the gardens and a great place for a picnic

A pleasant little park just off the main boulevard. Good place for shade and a sit down before you move on to your next attraction.

This park in the centre of the town is on the edge of the Roman theatre, the main road and the way to the Arena.

It's a pretty small park where the locals seem to walk, read and the children go to play. It's located to the side of the Antique Theater. If you're passing by go inside and take a look, but don't change your itinerary just to see...More
