Thankfully, the employees don't just hand over maps...Had I not gone in here, I would have learned too late about the gilets jaunes' blockades of roads on the day I was leaving Aix.

Great place with informative staff, gave me a map of the town and showed me how to get to Cezanne's Studio. Most helpful. Convenient location in town centre by the market.

Lots of information and personal assistance to help you plan your time in the Aix area. It was an easy walk from the bus station and adjacent to the Cours Mirabeau.

This place is huge and well manned, with bus and trip information as well as a small shop. Very well organised.

Been to many tourist offices in many cities in many countries. The one in Aix-en-Provence is among the best. On multiple occasions, with a different employee we had excellent service with the person behind the desk going the extra mile for us each time. Once...More
