The architecture was interesting and we enjoyed the booksellers market, although half the stalls always seemed to be closed.

Worth a quick visit. Lovely architecture and in the courtyard inside is a secondhanded book market, which also sells magazines, annuals, records etc. Offers good shelter from the rain!.

This is a lovely building and shows great architecture. However it takes about 10 minutes to look round and there is nothing extra ordinary to do or see. It now has a market within selling mainly French tat!!

This building has a central courtyard, surrounded by a "cloisters" in which stalls selling books, posters etc are set up. Beautiful setting.

As you look around in the center of town this is the first building that you notice. Yes, any reference to Lille will include pictures of the Old Stock Exchange, the structure in real life is truly impressive.

Interesting architecture but not much else to see except a second hand book market when we visited, although I believe the interior courtyard is used for a range of events Nonetheless worth a quick look if you're in the area
