This is the second most interesting portion of the Palace (close second behind the hall of Mirrors) the remainder of the palace has some interesting sculptures and paintings but the highlight of the Palace is the estate grounds/landscaping.

Amazing paintings!! Amazing details....We love it! All the historical moments were captured in these huge paintings! It was very useful to listen to the audio guide! All the paintings are unbelievable art of works!

We came across this gallery as we were leaving. Not to busy and had some massive paintings from one end of the room to the other. Dont forget to look up the roof is call too.

most paintings of the French battles had information on the battles, which gave an interesting insight in the history of France. But it also showes that war has been a part of mankind. Unbelievable those rulers could engage normal people to go kill each other...More

The gallery of battle gives you lots of information about the history of battle of the France. The architecture itself is also impressive and lovely.
