Renting a boat after reserving one on-line is SO simple. Driving it and enjoying the day is even easier. My recommendations: get the bigger boat as it's faster and rent at least 2 hours so you can go out of the Bassin and up the...More

Rented the seven-person boat for three hours on a Sunday and we all had a lovely time. The boats are very easy to drive and traffic on the canal is quite light. I suggest spending the €10 add-on for the table - it worked great...More

Saw the good reviews of this attraction so decided to take the 45 minute journey to get there. The cheapest rate is €40 for the slowest/smallest boat for 1 hour. After I'd paid and signed the paperwork, they then asked for a €300 deposit! Obviously,...More

I've been doing this for 3 years now every Summer and it's wonderful every time. It's so enjoyable to be on the water in the middle of the city.

The boat ride on the canal is very relaxing. The water is very still. Except if a canorama or houseboat sail by, then you must move to the side. its not as easy as you'd think to sail these boats. Children are not allowed to...More

We hired 3 boats (we took the larger boats that can fit up to 7 people on each one) for 15 people, and spent 3 hours cruising along the Seine. We were 14 adults and one child, 2.5 years old and we ate our picnic...More

We loved the Marin D'Eau Douce boats. Truly easy to operate and explore the canal. I would only say that it's not worth the long trip to the further out park. The closer park is much nicer.

This futuristic landscape has come to define the
northeast of Paris. The Saint-Denis canal is framed
with luscious lawns and metallic buildings over a
wide-open space. Home to Europe's largest science
museum, this area rewards daytime and nighttime
explorations; there are three concert spaces, plus
cinemas and bars, and even open-air cinema in the
summer. The surrounding homes are a sharp contrast to
