My wife and I are avid cookers and tend to make everything from scratch ourselves so we weren't sure what to expect with Catherine. Catherine was very friendly, welcoming, and made sure we all had a great time and took turns. We were in a...More

I usually can trust the overall rating on Tripadvisor, but this time I couldn't disagree more. I was so excited for this class after reading the reviews. The moment I stepped in to the messy restaurant with the dusty plastic plants, I should have reconsidered....More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. Catherine showed us many pointers on selecting vegetables, knife technique, and, of course, putting dishes together. Catherine was a joy to spend these hours with--she got us all involved. I have rudimentary kitchen skills and learned many...More

I can not speak for Catherine Reed, but based on her "can do " attitude and if she knows a head of time, I believe she could do it. She is wonderful with people in explaining how she is cooking and why.
