A visit to Église St Roch located just a block off the Rue Rivoli is something one should do in Paris. A quiet, contemplative location with beautiful biblical story paintings and sculptures to make one sit back and think, for us, it was part of...More

We spent about a half hour here. The windows and paintings are quite impressive. We also appreciated that they had signage in English and French to explain many of the paintings. I believe we were the only ones inside at the time.

This is another impressive church in Paris and is very close to the Louvre and Tuileries as well, so is hard to miss when visiting the area and is well worth visiting or at least stopping by.

We attended mass at 6:30pm on Sunday. It was amazing! 👍🏼 The church is gorgeous. With beautiful architecture, paintings, and has a rich history. A definite place to visit when in Paris.

Especially the back part, a bit unexpectedly, like a second church or a church in the church, is special

Popped in one Sunday morning ... Beautiful and huge inside ..., well worth a wander just behind the Rue de Rivoli. Doesn't look much from the outside but well worth going in 👍🏼

This church doesn't look like much from the outside, infact you will likely walk by it if you didn't know what you were looking for. When I walked in I wasn't expecting much, but was moved by all the beautiful art. I think it is...More

Louvre / Palais-Royal
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal,
this neighbourhood oozes luxury. The grand arches
along Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front
of decorated vitrines and hotels. Place Vendôme is
lined with the world’s best jewelers and their
glittering window displays. Every other establishment
has someone to open the door for you or park your car.
You can spend hours gazing at its haute couture shops
