The Marche aux Puces is fantastic. It's a huge Flea Market or Trash and Treasure. Ive been twice now and I love the atmosphere and browsing the rows of market tables filled with books, furniture, jewellery, clothes, shoes, tools, records, fine china, artwork, antiques, stalls...More

Not worth the trip unless you’re into antiques, Second hand clothes and household seconds. Not worth the trip down to Port de Vanves for me.

This is a simple flea market, lots of used goods, and you might find a bargain. It's best for used books, but there are lots of other things.

My husband and I visited here last Sunday. The first market we visited was Marche Biron, where the items are superb quality but with astronomical prices to match (guide prices: mirrors E25k, bombe chests E45k, canteen of French silver gilt cutlery E65k). As we buy...More

- Easy bus or metro access - not junk, lots of really nice pieces (some too large for tourists to get, but lots of smaller pieces) - it may take going along the entire row to find that one small perfect piece.

Excellent merchandise at a variety of prices. Lovely market, medium size, not far away from inner Paris.

A lovely street flea market, surprisingly good but not huge, with a great selection to cater to everyone's taste - silver, ceramic & porcelain, vintage & fine jewelry, toys, Asian antiques and much more. Quality varies, prices very decent. Worth visiting for a bargain hunt.

We followed the satnav to the market and parked at one of the nearby car parks. Although there were lots of pretty shops and eateries, we didn't find the open market. Still had a good time and would visit again.

Yes, go to the flea market first. I usually leave the flea market at about 11 so plenty of time to go to the Catacombs later.

Hi, The market at Vanves runs every weekend morning, all year. If I were you, and in Paris in early June, I'd look at "Aladin" online for "Ile de France" to see what brocantes are going on. Some of the "vide greniers... More
