Don't miss the current exhibition (from Palmyra to Mosul/Mossoul). It is superb. And the food in the top-floor restaurant is top class too, matched by perfect service and, great views. CAn't recommend this place highly enough

This place is a real gem. There was a fascinating exhibition tracing the history (and destruction) of Palmyra and Mosel when we were there. Very well explained. And EXCELLENT restaurant (and view) on the 9th floor. Don't miss it.

A fantastic exterior and an excellent museum. Lots of Roman related items from their conquest of the Arab world. The restaurant on the top floor is also outstanding. Definite worth a visit.

We come here for special exhibitions which are always well-curated, interesting. Display spaces are pleasant. I love the rooftop cafe on a sunny day with the splendid views of the river and Ile St. Louis. Great place to rest and have a drink.

Of course you go for the architecture but the art is a surprising juxtaposition. There is ancient contrasted with contemporary. A lot of the new work was very interesting and unexpected to me. If you walk to the backside along the street, there is a...More

The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life,
architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The

student bars and lively eateries while the squares are
dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined
by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin
once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which
