Lovely, quirky, quaint castle but my problem with this attraction is that the brochures market it as wheelchair friendly, and it is not. There is no disabled parking, the terrain is rough ground and to enter you have to go up steps and descent steps...More

A great way to spend a typical showery Brittany morning. The staff were very helpful and provided a charming English guide. The history of the Chateau was fascinating, in beautiful surroundings.

I would recommend a visit to support the cause of restoring the castle but be aware you can't visit the castle unless you take a guided tour so probably good to find out in advance what times the tours are at. If you rock up...More

We enjoyed the visit , particularly the guided tour by volunteer guides who had a wealth of knowledge about this amazing place. The eclectic mix of architecture and the history of the occupants and links to Russian royalty make for a really good morning or...More
