Had a great night in here. Got there a little too early and stayed a little too late. Didn't want to leave at all. Paid for it the next day but it really was a great night out.

Popped in here for a quick pint because I was intrigued by the while 'underground bar' thing. Turns out it is converted toilets. My quick pint started at 4pm and didn't finish till just before closing! The staff are great fun and the atmosphere is...More

This isn’t exactly a regular for us but whenever we go we have a great time. Set just off Oxford Road I believe this place used to be public toilets but don’t worry as it is now a great and very clean pub! It is...More

Definitely worth a visit to say that you have been. A few of us nipped in for a swift one whilst crawling our way to a gig at the academy, was quiet but then again it was a Monday night. Very small as you can...More

What can you say the last time I went in there I had a wee as a kid. Small, compact, great beer selection and has a nice atmosphere. Love it!

After my last experience, thought I'd give it another try and it was a little better. Yes, it is characterful (with the ubiquitous beggar opposite its "front" entrance) and a narrow bar at the end (which was made narrower when people sit there). Anyhow, couple...More

Stumbled in this place as we were passing and liked the look of an underground bar. Haven't got a lot to add to previous reviews - this place is very small, very quirky and very cool. Unpretentious, good beer, great music. Not sure if I'd...More

I quite liked the place. It's a different and has character. It also sells Chimay (Belgian trappiste beer) which I absolutely love so a real winner. Would visit again

A quirky place but I wouldn't make a big effort to return unless I was in the area. It is small inside but I guess that is the general appeal. Staff were friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. There is a jukebox so you...More

Popped in here and the first impression was of cigarette smoke and that was because customers (+ bar staff) stand on the first step out (next to the bar) smoking. Beer range was average. Very small place (must be a contender for the smallest bar...More
