We came to see Star wars on Boxing day so cinema was very very quiet at 1pm. £31 for an adult and student in the imax screen is too expensive i just couldnt justify bringing the whole family. Screen only had about 20 customers so a very good viewing experiance so four stars for that but price needs looking at as i cant see families paying such prices. Food as usual way way over priced so go to iceland across the way to get drinks and sweets.…

Visited Telford cineworld- don’t usually use this one much prefer the imax @ Telford- this cinema is tired! Seats aren’t as comfortable as imax!.. plus tickets more expensive yet you get less than the imax?! Customer service here terrible! Not enough staff on, waited 15mins to pay for sweets, to loose patients at the lack of staff! So left them.. if we hadn’t had pre paid for the cinema tickets we would have walked out- will NOT be using this cinema again!…

Recently visited this cinema to watch the films above Very easy experience from booking the tickets either online or in the foyer & reserving your seat - checking in once there - finding the screen and seating. The seats are very comfy (I’m 6ft) and lots of leg room - the picture quality and sound was generally very good. So nothing revolutionary just an easy pleasant process - pretty much got what you’d expect/hope for 😊 Didn’t get 5/5 for 2 reasons - 1st was the price - £18 for adult and child per visit feels just too expensive and well for the food and drink prices don’t go there (although I know for lots of people the expensive Nachos and Pop is all part of the experience). 2nd - in Cinema 3 during Lion King there was/is an issue with one of the speakers on the left of the screen as it lets out a loud hiss/tick every now and then so this needs looking into. We enjoyed our visits and will be back soon hopefully.…

Love this cinema so much that I became an unlimited member and never looked back. I definitely get value for my monthly payment especially when I combine it with a meerkat code meaning I can take someone with me for free every week. If you're thinking of joining unlimited, you can get a month free using this code RAF-97QY-30SP-24PC-22RU Highly recommend, very comfortable and love the milkshakes!…
