I have toured the country promoting music and this is the best gig I have done. The pub epitomises the term 'pub'. (public house) It is a house for the public, i.e., you feel at home.

As micros go I like it. Good choice of beers and seems to have a steady flow of regulars. Friendly and knowledgeable owners.

This is the best micro pub in Derby city. Great combi of excellent beers, ciders and pork pies with locally produced curried picallili. And live music too.

Nice little place just outside of the city centre. Always got a nice atmosphere, you end up talking to everyone and there's often someone playing guitar or singing. Prices good and great selection of beers and spirits.
