About
Eagles Flying is a scientifically run Wildlife Sanctuary specializing on Birds of Prey and Owls. We focus on "hands on" interaction between our well trained animals and our visitors. During our educational flying demonstrations members of the audience can have a bird of prey land on their hand or have Eagles, Falcons, Hawks or Vultures stoop inches over their heads while Scientists inform in a friendly and fun way. Our visitors can also visit our unique "Touch-Zoo" where they can play and pet "Tui & Alan" our Foxes, get pick pocketed by "Grizzly" our tame Raccoon, have "Monty" our 4 meter Python around their shoulders or get up close and personal with any of the other unusual animals. Get closer than you have ever been to the masters of the sky. Eagles Flying really is an unforgettable experience and a must see for people of all ages and interests.

Eagle's Flying was amazing. The information shared by the staff as they introduced us to the birds was very insightful and their beautiful relationship with the birds was incredibly heartwarming. Being up so close to such majestic birds was a very special experience too. Highly recommend it.

What a great experience! It was so great to see and learn so much about so many amazing birds and animals. This place really is a sanctuary for some beautiful birds. The talk that was given was so engaging, funny and educational for all ages. In our group we had people from 6yrs to 76yrs and they all thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. An amazing experience for anyone visiting this part of the country.

Excellent family show, informative, interactive and fun. Not to be missed on your visit to Sligo. My 10yr old and 3 yr old enjoyed it immensely and the visit to the petting zoo afterwards was a treat

Really well run and enjoyable visit with everyone present getting a chance to see the birds up close. Commentary funny and enjoyable whilst still imparting knowledge on conservation. Mice quiet, hawks watchful, foxes sly-looking Pigs greedy and peacocks proud... All as it should be. Definately worth the trip.

Everything from start to finish was excellent, staff were friendly and experienced and loads to do. If you know nothing about owls and eagles before you go you will before you leave

We would highly recommend this experience. We got a tour of all the birds of prey before the show and learned some interesting facts. The show its self was presented by Lothar, who is brilliant. Nearly all visitor's got to hold a bird throughout the show. The birds are magnificent. There is a small pet farm, we got to see a racoon, fox, pot belly pigs, goat's, rabbits, donkeys etc. Staff are so friendly. Will definitely be back.

This place was amazing, definitely worth the visit! The girl who did the tour around was so knowledgeable of all the different types of birds and gave lots of interesting facts! She was so helpful with any questions we had also. The man who did the bird show was so funny and really got the audience involved. You could tell they all love their job and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. 1000% would recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Everyone was lovely! I thought we were going just to see birds fly but there was much more ! There was foxes, pigs, parrots and budgies, a racoon!! And there was also a cage where you could go to pet rabbits and Guinea pigs! You can also hold domesticated mice!
