My daughter, and I had a pleasant trip from Glasgow Queen Street Station to Oban. The station is well run, and I enjoyed a snack, and coffee from a vendor while there. Highly recommend.

With the construction work still continuing, and it has been for as long as I can remember?!?!?! (when will it end) It not means that there is only one entrance and exit from the station, this being the main one that heads out onto Buchanan...More

The smaller of the 2 main stations in Glasgow and the third busiest railway station in Scotland. It's hard to believe that after nearly 2 years of work the refurbishment of this train station is still ongoing. Hopefully the work will complete on schedule on...More

With the extensive refurbishments being undertaken, the exits are restrictive with only having main entrance. Ticket office is outside and opposite to side entry. Again, as the building work is being carried out, there is a reduced amount of retail concession outlets. Good electronic departure...More

This will indeed by a nice station once the construction is finished. We arrived on a train from Edinburgh to a mass of crowds trying to squeeze through just a few exits, as well as the horrendous din that accompanies jackhammers from construction. Dust everywhere....More

Awful place. Currently under construction of sorts but the information boards show very little with no platform info within seconds of train departures. Staff seem quite casual about this and claim a couple of minutes notice to get to the platform / carriage / seat...More
