All the shops you could wish for in one traffic free street. Many high street shops in buchanan galleries at the top including John Lewis. Frasers a lovely old building at the bottom of the street. Lots of choice of shops and eateries in between.

Many shops including Willows Tea Room and the Lighthouse to see Charles Rennie Mackintosh designs. And many buskers of all types. But the people watching was superb--from tourists to locals.

The variety of shops is amazing and food options are good. Two thing that ruined it, over exuberant beggars and buskers.
